1. Taking care of your hair
Keeping and maintaining good hair hygiene is important. It makes your hair look clean and shiny. It also help prevent head lices, dandruff, itching, psoriasis etc.
The following are the ways to keep your hair clean and healthy:
i. Wash your hair with good shampoo three times every week.
ii. Comb your hair daily.
iii. Apply hair oil; it makes your hair look shiny and healthy.
iv. Trim your hair at least every six weeks.
v. If you're on liw cut, do not leave it to over grown. Cut your hair often to look smart.
vi. Get yourself a good personal comb and avoid sharing it with anyone.
